About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and visionary Product Manager to join our fintech innovation team. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, defining requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of our intelligent financial solutions. Your role will bridge business goals and technical execution, helping us create impactful products that improve how people and businesses manage their finances.


Key Responsibilities

1. Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on customer needs and market trends.
2. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
3. Gather and analyze user feedback to guide product enhancements.
4. Develop clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
5. Monitor product performance and optimize for growth, engagement, and retention.
6. Present product updates and insights to stakeholders.


Requirements

1. 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in tech, SaaS, or fintech.
2. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
4. Analytical mindset with experience in using data for decision-making.
5. Ability to balance user needs with business objectives.


Nice to Have

• Prior fintech or SaaS product experience.
• Familiarity with AI-driven financial tools.
• Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).
