Senior AI Engineer

As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, training, and deploying AI.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our innovative fintech team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models that power our intelligent financial insights platform. Your work will directly impact how businesses and individuals manage their finances, enabling faster, smarter, and more accurate decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement AI algorithms for financial data processing, forecasting, and automation.
2. Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver AI-powered features.
3. Optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and security.
4. Integrate AI systems with our core SaaS infrastructure.
5. Stay updated with emerging AI/ML trends and propose innovative applications.
6. Mentor junior engineers and review their code for best practices.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
2. Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
3. Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and/or predictive analytics.
4. Experience with large-scale data processing tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
5. Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

• Prior fintech or finance industry experience.
• Knowledge of blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
